REFUNDS
Terra Hosting offers refunds for orders that do not deploy/ship on time, or for orders that have not yet deployed/shipped. Changed your mind? No problem! Chat with our team on discord, open a ticket in your account page, or email us at or****@te**********.io .
If you are hosting a private node or server with us you will be charged for the remainder of the month for your billing cycle.
If you are hosting GPU/ASIC miners with Terra Hosting, please refer to your unique hosting contract for information regarding cancellation.
Please note: Payments in cryptocurrency will be refunded via Square, Inc due to volatility and gas fees.
RETURNS
Our return policy is simple – no questions asked. If you for whatever do not like your Terra Hosting products, we can send you a return label to send them back to us within 30 days. The products must be in like new condition.
Right when we receive the returned products, we will process your refund in full.
