Michael Moffa, Esq.

COO & CFO

Michael Moffa, Esq., is a licensed attorney in Florida with extensive expertise in finance, accounting, law, taxation, and business operations. His specializations include advanced financial modeling and statistics, federal tax planning, and investment analysis. Since 2022, he has served as the co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Terra Hosting, providing strategic leadership and comprehensive operational oversight to drive the company’s efficiency, growth, and success. Michael holds an associate’s degree in business administration, a bachelor’s degree in finance, and a Juris Doctorate. Complementing his education, he has received awards for contributions to business sustainability and has delivered public speaking engagements at industry shows, cryptocurrency events, and tax conferences.In 2019, Michael founded GPU Risers, a cryptocurrency peripheral sales company focused on custom PCB boards that assisted cryptocurrency miners in navigating specialty quality hardware. The business established physical locations in the USA and the United Kingdom. With a global reach, Michael has cultivated a network of over 40,000 clients and collaborated with leading influencers in the cryptocurrency mining industry. Although the hardware landscape has evolved, Michael continues to oversee operations in the USA and leads GPU Risers, which has become a staple in the GPU cryptocurrency mining field.

Michael Zuccarelli

CMO & Customer Success Director

Michael Zuccarelli dove into crypto mining in 2021, with the launch of Hawk Crypto Mining, with a passion for the industry. Having always been tech savvy, Mchael saw an opportunity that could combine what he really loved with skills he learned growing up. When the Ethereum merge hit, he pivoted to ASIC hosting, co-founding Terra Hosting and expanding it across multiple locations. With seven years in law enforcement and roots in his family’s restaurant business, he honed his customer service skills and resilience. Michael believes that adaptability and perseverance are the keys to thriving in business, always pushing forward no matter the obstacle.

Andrew Collier

Director of Strategic Operations

Andrew Collier is a seasoned technologist and operations leader with over a decade of experience designing and managing mission-critical infrastructure. As Director of Strategic Operations at Terra Hosting, Andrew draws on a diverse background spanning custom electronics integration, network administration, and project execution in multidisciplinary environments. Before joining Terra, he founded and led his own integration firm for ten years, where he developed a reputation for delivering scalable solutions and managing complex deployments. Andrew’s strategic insight, hands-on technical expertise, and forward-thinking approach make him instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence while aligning technical infrastructure with long-term business goals.

Michelle Peredetto is the Social Media Manager at Terra Marketing, where she leads digital strategy and content for Terra Hosting. With a background in event planning and team management; she brings organization, creativity, and a deep understanding of audience engagement to her role. Michelle is passionate about clear, authentic communication and takes pride in building trust through honest, well-crafted content that connects and informs.

Kevin Nelson

Kevin Nelson is a Full Stack Software Engineer specializing in the MERN technology stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js), with additional expertise as an AI and Large Language Model Specialist. His unique educational background combines a bachelor’s degree in general business, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in law, and a certificate in computer science, creating a diverse academic foundation that enables him to excel across multiple fast-paced industries with valuable cross-functional perspective.
His professional journey spans experience in law firms and the insurance industry, where he developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills while gaining insights into risk assessment and regulatory compliance. Currently at Terra Hosting, a rapidly growing technology company, Kevin applies his multidisciplinary expertise to contribute to innovative solutions in the hosting and cloud services sector, with his unique combination of legal training, business understanding, and technical skills positioning him as a valuable asset in today’s evolving technology landscape.

Alex has assited Terra since the beginning, becoming friends initially through YouTube, but started working together as the brand grew. With over 12 years of experience taking sites from idea to reality. He’s played a role in helping scale the Terra brand’s digital footprint—customizing WordPress builds and forming the eCommerce channel for their sales.

He combines deep expertise in WordPress development, Project Management, and strategy with a knack for clear, client-focused communication. Alex excels at coordinating cross-functional teams—designers, developers, content strategists, and stakeholders—to deliver engagement and growth.

He’s is committed to mental health advocacy and enjoys sharing his love of movies with his wife and three young kids. He’s an active member of the WordPress community—volunteering and speaking at WordCamps—where he champions best practices and the next generation of web professionals.

Jarrett Julison is a co-founder of Terra Hosting, which he helped establish in 2022 amid the shifting landscape of cryptocurrency mining. Emerging as a tech-savvy crypto miner, Jarrett began his GPU mining journey during the 2021 bull run, sharing insights through a dedicated YouTube channel. Following the Ethereum merge, he pivoted to ASIC hosting, leveraging his expertise to guide Terra Hosting into the data center realm and expand operations across multiple locations.
